A 1977 graduate of Virginia Tech, Ed is a professional geologist with more than a quarter-century experience in geotechnical construction management and environmental services. He has conducted literally hundreds of environmental phase one and two site assessments and due diligence for REITs, managed and supervised countless environmental assessments and overseen insurance audits in nearly every state in the nation.

Ed has also coordinated site feasibility studies involving wetlands and geotechnical investigations and provided recommendations for site development and specifications for construction management. In short, he knows his stuff.
